Account Deletion

Deler users can request deletion of their account and associated data. This page applies to Deler accounts used in the mobile app and web platform.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Deler account, email our support team from the email address associated with your Deler account whenever possible.

  1. Send an email to support@deler.app
  2. Use the email address associated with your Deler account if possible
  3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  4. Include the account email and company or project name if relevant

What data will be deleted

After verification, Deler will delete or anonymize account-related personal data where applicable, including:

  • User profile information
  • Authentication and account identity connected to Deler
  • Personal contact information associated with the account
  • User-created parts requests where deletion is legally and technically appropriate
  • Project participation records where they are not required for company operational history

Deler is a business-to-business, project-based tool used by companies. Some project and request history may belong to the company account and may need to remain as business records. In those cases, personal identifiers can be removed or anonymized where appropriate.

What data may be retained

Some data may be retained where necessary for legal, operational, or security reasons, including:

  • Legal obligations
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Billing, accounting, or tax records
  • Audit logs and platform integrity
  • Preserving company-owned project history

Security logs and backup copies may be retained for a limited period before deletion according to normal backup rotation. Billing and accounting records may be retained as required by law.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 days. In some cases, we may need to verify identity or company authorization before completing the request. If legal or operational retention applies, we will inform the requester.
